小小「像素」或許不起眼，但電腦中每張圖像，都需由千萬個像素所組成。這樣的概念，如同人民與國家的關係一般，國家須由許多小小的人民一起匯聚所組成，而國家內又承載、包容了多元不同的小像素。 台灣融合了各族群文化在一起，前進過程中，就像遊戲畫面一般，在自己的關卡中突破著，即便如此，我們都依然在同一個國家裡，同一條道路上，一起前進、一起共好。
Tiny "pixels" may be inconspicuous, but each image in the computer consists of tens of millions of pixels. It is like the relationship between people and country; a country must be composed of many ordinary people together, and also accommodates and includes various small elements. There are a blend of cultures of different ethnic groups in Taiwan. As if we play video games, each breaks through in his/her own level during the process of development. Even so, we are all still in the same country, on the same path, going forward together and progressing together.
